The JY-2000 crawler-type full hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of full hydraulic core drilling rig developed by our company based on extensive reference to advanced technologies of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad, carefully optimized and innovatively designed. This drilling rig is specially designed for diamond wire rope core drilling technology, featuring excellent performance.

Drilling rig features:
(1) The drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, with the power head rotation driven by an axial piston pump and a swash plate piston motor, featuring mechanical two-speed and stepless speed regulation, with an advanced structure.
(2) The power head uses a hydraulic cylinder chain speed-increasing feeding mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable movement, equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head, and the mast can be raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder, allowing for drilling within a range of 45-90°.
(3) The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, providing high working efficiency and large torque. 
(4) The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic wooden horse clamp, hydraulic leveling legs, and a retractable mast, facilitating quick positioning of the drilling rig.
(5) Equipped with a wireless remote-controlled crawler, suitable for various terrains, allowing control of the drilling rig's crawling from a safe distance to prevent sudden dangers.
