Function introduction: This model is a fully hydraulic rotary anchor engineering drilling rig, mainly suitable for urban foundation pit support and control of building displacement, geological disaster control and other engineering construction. The drilling rig structure adopts an integral type, equipped with a crawler walking chassis and a clamping shackle. The crawler chassis moves quickly and is convenient for centering the hole; the clamping shackle can automatically disassemble the drill rod and casing, reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the disassembly efficiency.

Main features

1. Full hydraulic control, convenient and flexible operation, easy shifting, good maneuverability, time-saving and labor-saving.

2. The drilling rig rotator is driven by dual hydraulic motors, with large output torque, which improves the drilling stability of the drilling rig.

3. The new variable angle mechanism makes it more convenient to drill holes, and the adjustment range is larger, which can reduce the requirements for the working surface.

4. The heat dissipation system is optimized to ensure that the working temperature of the hydraulic system is between 45 and 70°.

5. Equipped with special pipe drilling tools, the casing is used to open holes in unstable bottom layers, and the conventional ball tooth drill bit is used to complete the hole. The drilling efficiency is high and the hole quality is good.

6. The drilling rig is mainly suitable for deep foundation pit anchoring support. The drilling rig can also be replaced by the rotary spraying module to enable the drilling rig to perform rotary spraying construction.

7. In addition to the crawler chassis, clamping shackle and turntable, the drilling rig can be equipped with a rotary spraying module stack to make the drilling rig more suitable for engineering construction.
